Following the game, New York Rangers veteran goaltender Jonathan Quick still wanted to be a good guy, despite taking a tough loss to the Calgary Flames.
23-year old flames goaltender, Dustin Wolf who managed to stop 27 of 29 shots faced, grew up idolizing Jonathan Quick and saw him as a major inspiration to achieve his dream of joining the NHL.
After the game, Quick gifted Wolf with an autographed stick and you can tell by the face of the young goaltender that the present means so much to him.
After the game came to an end, Quick gifted Wolf with an autographed stick, stating the following:
Once again the 38-year old goaltender continues to inspire young goalies and many alike, with a very classy gesture.
