Laviolette Addresses Media On Goalie Controversy And Opposition
Peter Laviolette confirms Igor Shesterkin will start in net tonight for the first time since the All-Star break.
Peter Laviolette also squashes any notion of easy games, especially against a Chicago Blackhawks team who has scored three goals and have been shut out three times in a five-game losing streak.
This can be a great opportunity for Igor Shesterkin to regain his confidence and rhythm back that has seemingly been lost nearly all season, regardless of the competition.
Hopefully not only do the Rangers walk away with a win, but Igor Shesterkin comes out tonight as a man ready for a huge playoff push!
