Laviolette Not Dwelling On Bad Loss, We Got Another Game Tomorrow
Tonight was the first time the Rangers have been shut out this season.
First time they've lost two games in a row.
The Washington Capitals crushed the Rangers 4-0.
The good news, it's only game 25 out of 82. The team has a long way to go before the playoffs.
Slumps happen, and the team will get it together.
Head coach Peter Laviolette was visibly upset about the effort in this one but didn't want to go into much details. Kept it very short.
"It was not good from the start to the finish. So, no sense dissecting it here publicly. We've got a game tomorrow night, and we'll need to be a lot better."
The Rangers have a big game against another major opponent in the Los Angeles Kings tomorrow night.
Let's see if they can bounce back.
