With each passing day and the trade deadline inching closer, the Rangers have continued their search on finding the right fit for their third line now that it's been ruined by injuries and demotion.

Adam Henrique's name has been linked to the Rangers for the past couple of weeks, a new name has emerged which was reported by Spectors hockey.
The Anaheim Ducks are poised to make several deals as they do have players that are available for trade and that have some value to other teams including Henrique and winger Frank Vatrano.
Frank Vatrano, the 29-year-old undrafted player would be a good addition to the bottom 6 as he has played fifty games for the ducks, scored 22 goals with 14 assists for 36 points.
He is on pace for one of his better years and he's on one of the worst teams in the NHL.
If the Rangers do acquire him, they could pair him up with a few lines and this would give the Rangers more secondary scoring which they sorely lack.
Frank Vatrano also gives general manager Chris Drury some term as he will have one year remaining after this season holding a cap hit of $3.65 million AAV.
Perhaps he may make a trade for both players or at least one of them.
The Rangers do hold their first, second and fourth round picks this year which could be used to help sweeten the deal.
I expect the news to continue to heat up as the days and weeks roll over one another.
