New York Rangers 2024-25 Stanley Cup Championship odds have been revealed
The odds of the New York Rangers to become the 2024-25 Stanley Cup champions has just been revealed.
Now that the majority of teams have settled down from free agency, we can take a look at where contenders stand as far as looking at Stanley Cup championship odds for next season.
FanDuel's latest betting odds featuring some surprising teams in the Top 10:
1. Edmonton Oilers +850
2. Florida Panthers + 950
3. Dallas Stars +1000
4. New Jersey Devils +1100
5. Colorado Avalanche +1100
6. Caroline Hurricanes +1400
7. New York Rangers +1400
8. Toronto Maple Leafs +1500
9. Nashville Predators +1600
10. Vegas Golden Knights +1700
Of course the two finalists from the 2023-24 Stanley Cup Finals are the top two spots, with the Edmonton Oilers now being the favourite to win the Cup next season.
Followed by the most recent Stanley Cup winners, the Florida Panthers at +950, and then in 3rd, the Dallas Stars at +1000.
However, the most surprising team on the list the New Jersey Devils at 4th with +1100, the Devils have been busy this offseason, by adding a new #1 goaltender, Jacob Markstrom, and two impressive defensemen, Brett Pesce and Brenden Dillon. Tying the Devils is the Avalanche at 5th with +1100 as well.
The New York Rangers unfortunately are not ranked very high, as they are tired for 6th-best odds with +1400, with the Carolina Hurricanes. Even though the Rangers eliminated the Hurricanes to become the Eastern Conference champions.
