The New York Rangers have officially announced their lineups for today's afternoon game against the Seattle Kraken.

Today's battle should be good one, as the Rangers and Kraken will face off for the second time this season, after the Rangers took a 2-0 victory back on November 17th.

The New York Rangers are recently coming off a 4-2 victory against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Friday, after they traded their captain Jacob Trouba to the Anaheim Ducks.

However, Rangers reporter Mollie Walker of the New York Post has officially revealed the New York Rangers official lineups for todays game:

NYR warmup lines vs. Seattle:

Panarin-Trocheck-Lafrenière
Kreider-Zibanejad-Smith
Cuylle-Chytil-Kakko
Edström-Carrick-Vesey

Lindgren-Fox
Miller-Schneider
Jones-Mancini

Quick
Garand

Clearly some noticeable changes have been as It was reported this morning that star goaltender Igor Shesterkin won't be in the lineup as his wife is in labour. Resulting in the Rangers recalling Dylan Garand from the Wolf Pack.

Igor Shesterkin's wife is in labor, so Garand gets the call to presumably backup Jonathan Quick today for NYR vs. Seattle

With that being said it has been confirmed that Jonathan Quick will get to start today as the lead the Rangers onto the ice for their warmups:

Jonathan Quick leads the NYR onto the ice at MSG and will get the start while the Shesterkin family awaits the arrival of a new baby.
