Opportunity for the Rangers: 24-year old forward placed on waivers by the Vancouver Canucks
The Vancouver Canucks have just placed 24-year old forward on waivers giving the New York Rangers an opportunity to claim him?
The Vancouver Canucks are already to a decent start of the season with a 4-2-0 record, but on Saturday they decided they needed to change things as they placed forward Nils Aman on the waiver wire.
Aman, a 24-year-old center from Sweden, was originally drafted 167th overall back in 2020 Entry Draft by the Colorado Avalanche. However, he never played with the Avalanche and only made his NHL debut once he joined the Vancouver Canucks in 2022.

Since Aman was traded to the Canucks he took part in 115 games in the NHL, and 32 in the American Hockey League with the Abbotsford Canucks. Along with that he also appeared in five games of last year's playoff run but didn't put up any points during that time
#Canucks have placed Nils Aman on waivers.
Aman has shown potential in his 115 NHL appearances as he managed to tally 25 points(7 goals and 18 assists), however this season he has managed to put up two assists in four games making him the perfect type of player for the New York Rangers to acquire.
If Nils Aman isn't claimed by tomorrow, he will be reassigned to the Vancouver Canucks AHL affiliate team, The Abbotsford Canucks.
