Rangers Defenseman Excited For Return Of Usual Partner
The Rangers defensive unit is about to get the biggest boost possible with the return of ace defenseman, Adam Fox!
He will be returning to the team that held the second best defense in the league during his absence since November 3rd.
One player in particular that is excited for his return, is usual defensive partner, Ryan Lindgren. Both have been paired on the first defensive line for the team.
Here is Lindgren on the return of Fox this week:
"We've played together a long time. It's good to have him back."
Prior to his injury, Fox had three goals and eight assists in 10 games played.
He is coming at a critical juncture as the Rangers will be without Kaapo Kakko for a significant amount of time.
The team is still without Filip Chytil. No word yet on his return.
All eyes will be on tomorrow for an official announcement from head coach Peter Laviolette on the exact game Fox will return.
