Rangers Miss Out On What Was A Potential Trade Target
Tommy Novak has reportedly signed a 3-year, $10.5M contract extension with the Nashville Predators.
This takes an intriguing center option off the trade board, especially for the Rangers, with one of their needs being a third center.
Elliotte Friedman named the Rangers and Vancouver as teams that were interested in Novak.
With Tommy Novak off the board, Friedman floated possible reunions with Colin Blackwell or Kevin Rooney for center depth.
Still plenty of time for the Rangers to make some moves.
