The Rangers are sitting pretty at first in the league, and Artemi Panarin has emerged as the early favorite to win the Hart Trophy!

Artemi Panarin leads the Rangers with 30 points, 11 goals and 19 assists in 20 games. He has at least one point in 17 games, at least two in 11.

He began the season with a 15-game point streak, the longest to start a season in team history.

He is also averaging 3.95 shots per game, putting him on pace for 323 shots for the season. The Rangers also have the best record in the league!

David Pastrnak Of Boston, and Quinn Hughes of Vancouver, are also among favorites at quarter mark of season. It'll be interesting to see how this all shapes out.

Artemi Panarin could become the first Rangers player since Mark Messier to win the award from 1992.
