Rangers Reporter Mentions A Possible Trade Option For Depth
The Rangers sit tied for first in the league in points closing in on the halfway mark.
But there is always room for improvement, and USA Sports Today reporter Vince Z. Mercogliano, suggested an interesting option with the March 8th trade deadline approaching.
Vince mentioned the name Sean Monahan during the Rangers 4-3 loss last night against the Montreal Canadiens.
Sean Monahan who's in the final year of a contract that pays an average annual value of $1.9 million, is an option the Rangers could pursue.
Sean Monahan is having a productive season, with 23 points (10 goals and 13 assists).
With Filip Chytil still out from the injury he sustained on November 2nd, Sean Monahan will be an option worth looking at.
