The New York Rangers currently faced off against the New York Islanders and superstar Artemi Panarin was on the clock to put 800 points.

Breadman has 17 points( 8 G, 9 A) in 11 games and put the biscuit in the basket against Ilya Sorokin.

This pushes him to 798 goals during his NHL career. Panarin has been in the NHL since his debut in 2015-2016 and would secure the Calder Trophy that season.

The goal was a power-play goalagainst Ilya Sorokin, with 11:04 left in the 2nd period. Giving the Rangers a 3-1 lead over the Islanders.

Artemi Panarin gets the puck at the point and whips a shot through a screen, finding the back of the net for a power-play goal to make it 3-1

Panarin, a free agent, agreed to a contract with the Chicago Blackhawks on May 1, 2015, after a successful career in the Kontinental Hockey League. He thrived on a forward line with fellow Russia-born players Artem Anisimov and Patrick Kane, finishing with 30 goals and 77 points (tied for ninth in the NHL) in 80 games in 2015-16 and won the Calder Trophy as the League's top rookie.

Since his arrival in the NHL, he has continued to be a terror on the ice, whether in Chicago, Columbus, or his current club the New York Rangers.

Today pushed him up to 799 points during his NHL career and will very likely hit that 800 point mark during the New York Rangers next game against the Buffalo Sabres on Thursday, November 7th.
