Rangers vs Golden Knights game day preview: how to watch, along with projected lineups

TheNew York Rangers are 3-1-1 in the new year, as they head West to take on the Vegas Golden Knights in T-Mobile Arena. They seek to improve a record that stands at 19-20-2, and 6th in the Metropolitan Division.
Tonight the New York Rangers will take on Jack Eichel and the Vegas Golden Knights beginning another road trip starting in Sin City.
The Rangers will have players Chris Kreider, and Filip Chytil in tow as they took part in the morning skate today, but haven't been cleared for a return to the ice.
The team has recalled Bo Groulx from the Hartford Wolfpack and sent down prospect Brett Berard back to the AHL.
This isn't a permanent situation, and Berard will be back up as soon as time permits, but the Rangers had to open the roster spot for the center, and we'll see if it was worth it tonight.
Peter Laviolette and the squad will have to contend with the Golden Knights who are 1st in the Pacific Division, with a record of 28-10-3 under Head Coach Bruce Cassidy.
Tonight we could see Jonathan Quick face off against his former team, who won the Stanley Cup in 2023.
