Igor Shesterkin stopped all 30 shots he faced for his 12th career shutout and moved into sole possession of 11th on the Rangers all-time list.
Igor Shesterkin was asked what tonight's shutout means to him from a confidence standpoint:
He was so confident, he even attempted a goalie goal!
I could not imagine how that entire stadium would erupt if he managed to score the goal!
