This Defenseman Name Is The Literal Definition Of Clutch
It's natural to start day dreaming when your team is riding high on a win steak.
Especially if it's as impressive as the Rangers streak, who have defeated all their opponents on the road.
All Western Conference team's as well, so a substantial amount of travel for the Blueshirts to start the season.
The Rangers have dispatched most of the opposition on the road, holding everyone to a goal or a shutout.
The 4-3 overtime win against the Vancouver Canucks was a nail biter however. A game that could have easily gone either way, until K'Andre Miller came in the clutch!
The shot itself was beautiful to watch, especially in how the 23 year old was settling in taking the shot and not shying away.
But it's not the first time he's score on a game winner.
He's hit six game winning goals, and out of those six, two of them were overtime winners, where the pressure elevates substantially.
It's good to have someone who isn't afraid to take the big shot.
Makes us sigh in relief a bit if we see him handling the puck with the clock winding down, and it comes down to him delivering a game winning shot. I'd like our chances in that.
