Vincent Trocheck Has Been Handed The Steven McDonald Award
The 36th Annual Steven McDonald Extra Effort Award is handed to Vincent Trocheck!
The fan voted award is presented annually to the Ranger who "goes above and beyond the call of duty."
The award is named in honor of Steven McDonald, a former NYPD officer who was injured in the line of duty. He passed away seven years ago.
Vincent Trocheck played on another level this season when Filip Chytil went down. 75 points in 77 games played this season.
Very well deserved!
