We Get Encouraging News On Filip Chytil Status Ahead Of Game 5
Senior writer for the NHL, Dan Rosen, spoke to head coach Peter Laviolette on the health status of Filip Chytil, saying Chytil is feeling better and he hopes he can be an option in Game 5 tomorrow against the Carolina Hurricanes.
Chytil missed Game 4 due to an illness, not fully disclosed if it's related to the concussion that kept him out for the majority of the season. The Rangers ended up losing 4-3, missing out on a chance to sweep the series.
The team did not practice today. Hopefully we will get more of an update tomorrow. The Rangers have a 9-2-0 record when Chytil plays this season.
