During this NHL season, Nick Cousins of the Florida Panthers has been the talk of many fans who feel that he has a sense of playing dirty and delivering terrible checks and hits to the head to other players.
During last night's game against the Washington Capitals, Cousins appeared to meet his match as capitals forward Anthony Mantha absolutely demolishes him during an intense fight.
The fight began in the second period and right from the beginning Mantha had the full advantage as he stands at six foot five 234 lbs.
His long reach and intense punches overwhelmed Cousins which made Mantha make quick work of him.
The fight became quite violent as Mantha had seen enough and decided to make Cousins pay.
He even went one step further and ripped off Cousins helmet during the fight.
Both men ended up serving 2 minutes each for hooking and 5 minutes for fighting.
The Panthers continue to battle for first place in the Atlantic division with the Bruins and they won tonight's contest 3-2 in overtime.
