Artemi Panarin Snubbed As NHL Reveal Hart Trophy Finalists
The National Hockey League has announced finalists for the 2024 Hart Memorial Trophy. Nikita Kucherov, Nathan MacKinnon and Connor McDavid are the finalists.
They were the three leading scorers in the NHL.
Unfortunately Artemi Panarin wasn't given much consideration for being a finalist. He finished fourth in scoring with an NHL career-high 120 points, second most in Rangers history. He scored 49 goals, blowing away his previous high of 32, and also had a career-best 11 power-play goals and 44 power-play points. He also led a team, that dealt with considerable injuries throughout the season, to winning the President Trophy for the best regular season record.
Hopefully this will fuel Panarin to capture the most coveted trophy of them all, the Stanley Cup.
