Rangers captain Jacob Trouba spoke to the media after their practice and gave a rundown on what he thinks the team needs to do to prepare for game two against the Carolina Hurricanes. His big take away is to keep their energy along with their compete and attitude levels to the highest possible which will give them the best chance to succeed.

So he had no points in game one, through five games of playoffs he has had two assists and is a + 4. Trouba's game To be physical in to challenge the opposition as they attempt to smother the offence of the Hurricanes which can be potent at times.

He also mentions the importance of details and effort as every little detail in the game is important which could magnify if a mistake is made which could result in a goal being scored.

The Rangers did a good job against the Hurricanes in game one and it's expected that the Hurricanes will adjust their plans to counteract some of the Rangers defence. The Rangers continued to be lethal on the power play as they scored two power play goals to the Hurricanes none who were given 5 attempts.

The Rangers will take to the ice on May 7th for game two at Madison Square gardens and game time will be 7:00 PM eastern.
