Sam Carrick didn't attend practice due to a Maintenance day. Since then there has been no updates on his availability for today's afternoon game.

Head coach Peter Laviolette likes what he see's with his current lineups so he doesn't expect any changes as he would like to keep things the same.

Igor Shesterkin will get the start in nets for the Rangers:
Igor starting in goal today for the #NYR�, Peter Laviolette says. As far as lineup changes, he says they're still working things out, but he'd «like to» stay with the same lineup he's been using.
