Spittin Chiclets argue over Matthews and McDavid

During their recent episode of the Spittin Chiclets podcast, hosts Paul Bissonnette and Ryan Whitney break out into a discussion on whether scoring 70 goals or 100 assists is more impressive.
This argument was brought on with two superstars who are battling for both the stats in Connor McDavid and Auston Matthews.
Each host brought on great points to in reinforce their argument.
Both players have been working towards these achievements all year and in the last few games have become front and centre for the NHL news cycle an many fans across the league.
McDavid managed to achieve 100 assists as the Oilers were beating the San Jose Sharks 9-1 with one period remaining.
Auston Matthews currently sits at 69 goals as he has two games remaining against the Florida Panthers and the Tampa Bay Lightning.
All Leafs fans have been on the edge of their seats hoping to see this impressive feat as this has not been done by a Toronto Maple Leaf.
It's been an incredible season for these kinds of plays and these kinds of storylines, and it will be fascinating on how the NHL awards will be selected especially the MVP award which numerous players are in the running for it.
