The Rangers capped off a spectacular season with their 55th win after beating the Ottawa Senators 4-0 in their final game of the season.

Rangers superstar Artemi Panarin concluded his season by scoring his 49th goal He explained after the game on how he felt.

Panarin has played nine seasons in the NHL after the 32-year-old undrafted winger played for the Chicago Blackhawks.

Concluding his fifth season with the Rangers he has had his best total in his entire career by playing all 82 games, scoring 49 goals with 71 assists for 120 points and is a + 18 with 24 penalty minutes.

He was the catalyst for the breakout season of fellow teammate Alexis Lafrenière as head coach Peter Laviolette felt it was necessary to put the two of them together.

The former first overall choice in 2020 played 82 games as well, scoring 28 goals with 29 assists for 57 points and is a + 2.

With the season now in the rearview, the Rangers and Panera are now focusing on their first-round matchup who is still to be determined as several teams are battling for the final playoff spot.

With the Rangers in full control, presidents trophy winners and holds home ice for the entire playoffs, it's expected that Panarin will continue to roll and be the elite player that they all know he is.
