Rangers win the 2023-2024 President's Trophy
The Rangers season concluded with spectacular results as they beat the Ottawa Senators in a 4-0 shutout. This win has now clinched the team in winning the 2023-2024 Presidents Trophy
Clinching this trophy has capped off the Rangers best season as they have won the most regulation wins in team history at 55.
It's been a long road this year as the team had gone through its ups and downs including the stretch run during December and January where they have their struggles including starting goaltender Igor Shesterkin.
After the All Star break, the team gathered themselves together and put on a great run in their second-half to secure the trophy and home ice advantage for the entire playoffs.
Of course, there's still work to be done prior to game one of the first round of the playoffs as the team continues to work on their five on five scoring and preparing themselves mentally for the rigorous playoffs that's upon them.
The Rangers are still in the process of waiting who will be their first-round opponent as several teams are making a final effort in securing the remaining two playoff spots in the Eastern Conference.
