Tragic news strikes as 18-year old Russian hockey player sadly passes away

Zyryanov has played three seasons with Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod program from U16- U18. During his last season in 2020-23 he tallied one goal and four points in two games.
Unfortunately the devastating news doesn't end there as this is the second death of a player in the Torpedo system in less than a month. On May 15th, 14-year old Rulvan Bazhenov was found deceased after being hit by a train.
Many people battle with mental illness and it sadly claimed two more victims.
