A day doesn't go by unless Evan Roberts of WFAN decides to eviscerate the Rangers on live radio as the bitter Islanders fan cannot handle the current success of the team.
During his latest broadcast, Roberts felt the radio world needed to know how he felt on what the current Rangers season will be if the team does not hoist the Stanley Cup this year.
Considering this team was rebuilding not long ago and is in a win now mode with many pieces on the roster that will make it happen, I feel that general manager Chris Drury will push the right buttons and make the necessary changes to help the team move forward.
The Rangers have been on an amazing winning streak as they have cobbled together nine wins in a row these wins are important as it gives Igor Shesterkin a chance to regain his game and take the net while having the safety net of Jonathan Quick around him.
As Roberts laid out his sermon, you could hear the Rangers broadcasters say nothing and let him finish before giving their thoughts.
It's safe to say the Islanders have a lot of work to do and it appears their coaching change has not given the results they'd had hoped.
