Rangers Young Star Reflects Big Wins During Historic Streak
The Rangers beat the Devils 5-1 on Thursday, winning their ninth straight game, tying a stretch during the 2015-16 season for the third longest win streak in team history.
They're now on pace to break the franchise record in points and win the President's Trophy.
Alexis Lafrenière speaks on what it's like to win two big games after the Stadium Series win from Sunday that essentially defined this win streak:
"We played well against two really good teams I think and we're staying focused. We're trying to win every game as a team and that's what we did tonight"
Alexis Lafrenière himself has played great in the win over the Devils. Scoring two goals, his second multi-goal game of the year and now has four points (2G-2A) in his last three games.
Alexis Lafrenière gives his take on his performance:
His breakout is just beginning!
