Recent reports reveal that New York Rangers star defensemam has been linked to several teams, indicating that a trade might just be imminent.
New York Rangers defenseman K'Andre Miller's name has been speculation in trade talks all season. However the Rangers have already made some drastic changes to their roster this season, and now Miller has the potential to be the next Rangers to be moved.
According to the Fourth Period, Miller is reportedly gaining a lot of interest from three teams. Those team being, the Vancouver Canucks, San Jose Sharks and the Anaheim Ducks.
The Rangers and Canucks have just recently combined for a blockbuster trade involving star forward J.T. Miller.
Vancouver has officially sent J.T. Miller to the New York Rangers in exchange for Filip Chytil, Victor Mancini, and a protected 2025 first round pick.
But now the Canucks are looking to bolster their blueline, even after acquiring Marcus Pettersson from the Pittsburgh Penguins.
The left side of the Ducks' blueline could use some work, and Miller could fit in nicely on their roster because of it. If acquired, he would be a clear fit for their top four and could work on both their power play and their penalty kill, along with reuniting with his former Captain Jacob Trouba.
Jacob Trouba lays TWO big hits on Nazem Kadri in the same shift and Naz finally has enough 😳👊
And now finally the San Jose Sharks, they are also in a position to improve their defensive group. While the club is rebuilding, the 25-year old defenseman would be a pretty solid choice for their blueline.
What team do you think would best suit K'Andre Miller if he was to be traded from the Rangers? Let us know in the poll down below and stay tuned to NY Rangers Insider for the latest news and update on the New York Rangers.
