Therefore, it should come as no surprise that they find themselves in the playoffs again in 2024. The last win versus the Washington Capitals has put the New York Rangers into the second round of the playoffs.
During this game, the New York Rangers played with focused energy, proving they were hungry to stay in the competition and it worked in their favor. Since this win, the New York Rangers have had a great deal of time off. Now fans are starting to speculate if this time off will hinder the New York Rangers' performance in future games against their opponents.
