Peter Laviolette Talks To Media On Goaltender Dilemma
Peter Laviolette said this was the tentative plan to get Igor Shesterkin some extra work with Benoit Allaire coming out of break.
Jonathan Quick will make his third consecutive start, boasting an 11-4-2 record with a 2.35 goals against average and .918 save percentage.
Through his first 14 starts, Igor Shesterkin went 10-4 with a solid .916 save percentage.
But in his last 18 appearances, he's gone 9-8-1 with an .884 save percentage.
Hopefully he can get back into shape with Allaire prior to the playoffs.
