Must see: Will Cuylle lays out Predators 6'6 forward Micheal McCarron with bone crushing hit
The New York Rangers and Nashville Predators are currently battling it out tonight at Bridgestone Arena.
The New York Rangers unfortunately are trailing 2-0 during the third period as Predators forward Jonathan Marchessault got them onto the board during the first period, and now Adam Wilsby with one in the third.
However, the Rangers aren't giving up as they look to gain dominance on the ice as Rangers 22-year old Will Cuylle lays a massive hit on Predators 6'6 forward Michael McCarron, almost benching him into the Rangers bench.
With 12:41 remaining in the second period Cuylle lays a solid hit on McCarron.
Definitely a very nice hit by the youngster, but unfortunately the hit resulted in Michael McCarron exiting the game for a shot period time as he clearly seemed shaken up by it.
It was pointed out by @DaveyUpper on X, that McCarron didn't stay out long as returned to the ice quickly and seemed to be ok.
As the Third period is underway the Rangers continue to battle hard as they are desperately trying to build momentum on get their first goal of the night.
Will Cuylle has been outstanding this season for the New York Rangers as he has played all 30 of their games and has managed to tally 11 goals and 12 assists for a total of 23 points thus far.
