NHL Reporter Calls Out Rangers Fans On LIVE Broadcast
While the Rangers are currently on a break due to the All-Star Game, personality Jeff Marek decided to talk on his show about Rangers fans and why he "loves them".
Take a listen:
You can hear Vince Z. Mercogliano in the tail end, calling us "passionate". I agree with that, along with Marek on social media fans can get extremely emotional about the team, leaving everything either black and white and no gray in between.
In the end of the day, I feel like I can speak for everyone when you see the Rangers, having been filled with so many disappointments over the years, you tend to get some of those passionate fans on social media overreacting to anything said about the team, good or bad.
But I feel like that can be said about any fanbase on social media, especially when you have the toxic fanbase like the Carolina Hurricanes crawling around on X.
