The Rangers continue to celebrate their second round win against the Carolina Hurricanes and it was noted that Chris kreider is becoming one of the best playoff performers in the organization.

Kreider continues to shine in these playoffs as he had a natural hat trick during Game 6 which included the winning goal that sealed the fate of the Hurricanes. The 33-year-old forward who was drafted by the Rangers in 2009 at 19th overall has played ten games this playoff season scoring seven goals with three assists for 10 points.

He has been a constant threat in the offensive zone, and he is lethal on the power play. He's also one of the best teammates in the dressing room as he is part of the leadership group which continues to propel the Rangers forward.

Rangers to face the Panthers in the Eastern Conference Final

The Rangers have learned tonight that their next opponent in the Eastern Conference final will be the Florida Panthers. The Panthers knocked off the Boston Bruins in six games and will be a tough opponent for the Rangers which sets the tone for a great conference final.

The Rangers will have to overcome the physicality of the Panthers which is their signature style. The series is set to begin on Wednesday May 22nd with game one at Madison Square Gardens.
