Rangers Held Morning Practice With Fox Absent
The Rangers are back on the ice for practice in preparation for their second round battle against the hated Carolina Hurricanes. Adam Fox did not skate today however due to maintenance.
The Rangers were running the same forward lines and defense pairs, minus Fox. Zac Jones served as placeholder next to Ryan Lindgren. Filip Chytil was rotating in on the top two lines to get reps.
Fox did take a knee-on-knee collision in the final game of the sweep against the Capitals. Best to give him a break before putting him out on the ice for practice. We will update as more information on Fox becomes available.
The schedule for the second round series has yet to be released.
