Over the past several weeks, many rumors have been flying around the Internet on which player the New York Rangers will be targeting during this year's trade deadline.
While many feel a centre is who they will be looking at, it appears that Frank Vatrano of the Anaheim Ducks is who they're highly interested in.
The 29-year-old played one season with the Rangers in 2021-2022 and during that time he played 22 games, scoring eight goals and five assists for 13 points it was a + 6.
As one of the top forwards in the Anaheim Ducks team, he has played 58 games, scoring 26 goals with 19 assists for 45 points.
There has been speculation that the team may be looking at potentially acquiring Adam Henrique as well.
It remains to be seen on whether GM Chris Drury would be willing to pay for the price that Anaheim is looking for.
The trade deadline will be on March 8th and ends at 3:00 PM eastern.
