Every team strives for perfection, but perfection doesn't really exist in a team's sport.
Wins and losses is what the team will be evaluated by. Last night's 5-1 win, is a good start.
The New York Rangers are preparing for the second game of the season against the Columbus Blue Jackets, with practice taking place in Ohio.
So far, the first three lines that started last night, remain the same with the practice sessions for today, especially with Igor Shesterkin manning the net.
He's expected to start tomorrow. Vince Z. Mercogliano of USA TODAY Network sends some updates on X.
But there seems to be a change in the fourth line, particularly when it comes to Winger Jimmy Vesey, who was a healthy scratch in last night's win over Buffalo.
It'll be interesting to see Vesey inserted into the fourth line, and be given a chance to play.
Mercogliano did offer an update with who he thinks will play in tomorrow's game, but no official confirmation.
Perhaps we will learn more prior to tomorrow's game against the Blue Jackets.
