Paul Bissonnette reports that former New York Rangers forward Sean Avery is expected to meet with the Rangers owner James Dolan and «talk about the state of the New York Rangers».
Along with he revealed that it's likely Dolan could fire GM Chris Drury and hire Avery for the position.

Bissonnette seemed pretty adamant when saying that Avery is "flying to New York to speak with James Dolan to talk specifically about the state of the team."
Just recently there has been reports that the New York Rangers held a players only meeting and discussed a plan for getting GM Chris Drury to change his ways or to even get him fired from the organization.
It first started with NHL analyst Steve Dangle, who revealed the information first during the Steve Dangle Podcast, where he insisted that the players have turned on Drury and they want him removed from his position.

Then during the New York Rangers game on Tuesday night against the Nashville Predators, ESPN reporter Emily Kaplan confirmed that she has heard about a closed door meeting from within the organization, and that there is several players who are not happy with Drury.
However, only time will tell what will actually happen with the organization, whether it's Drury being fired and Avery takes over as the new GM, or Peter Laviolette gets canned and Avery takes over as head coach. Or this turns out to be a rumour and nothing changes with management.
