In just a few months, EA Sports will be officially releasing NHL 25 and gamers will be able to access information regarding the newest instalment later this week.
Noah Strang of the Daily Hive, has revealed that the YouTube channel for EA Sports NHL accidentally released the trailer for NHL 25, a few days before its official release date.
The video wasn't up long before they unlisted and made it private. However, the video revealed a major detail, which is this year's cover athlete.
Strang released the full trailer on his X account that showed Vancouver Canucks captain Quinn Hughes, alongside his brothers Jack and Luke Hughes of the New Jersey Devils, stating they will be the cover athletes for EA Sports NHL 25.
If this is true, NHL 25 will be the first time since NHLPA Hockey 93 that they featured three cover athletes, those three being Rod Brind'Amour, Mike Richter and Randy Moller.
The official trailer will be launched by EA Sports NHL on YouTube, Thursday, August 22nd at 11:00AM ET.
