The New York Rangers are looking to win their seventh straight game tonight when they take on the Minnesota Wild!

They currently sit at first place in the Metropolitan Division.

Unfortunately a devastating injury bug has infected the team. With the loss of defenseman Adam Fox, and center Filipe Chytil, the team line-up will look different for a while.

Igor Shesterkin is currently day-to-day. Forward Barclay Goodrow, will also miss tonight's game to be with his wife for the birth of their son! We wish them good health as they share this amazing time together!

We may have gotten our first update of what the line-ups may look like come game time from the practice session earlier today, thanks to beat writer Mollie Walker.

Take a look here.

Walker does a fantastic job of giving her input at what the line-ups might look like based off the jersey colors. We, however, will not know the official line up until later tonight, prior to the game.

So the first line is practically the same, Kreider-Zibanejad-Kakko. No difference here. Moving to the second line, Trocheck gets paired with Panarin and Lafrenière, replacing Chytil.

Recalled forward Jonny Brodzinski, takes Trocheck's spot in the third line. Finally Pitlick comes into the fourth line at right wing, pushing Vesey to left wing.

For defensive pairings, Trouba and Miller move up to the first line. Lindgren gets paired with Gustafsson at the second line. Reserve player Zac Jones, gets paired up with Schneider at the third line.

Finally, Jonathan Quick gets the start at goaltender with Louis Domingue backing him up.

Let's see how this line-up works out tonight against Minnesota.
