Rangers Recall Forward After Another Forward Is Under The Weather
The Rangers have recalled forward Adam Edstrom from the Hartford Wolf Pack.
Sounds like there's a forward who woke up feeling a bit under the weather today.
This has nothing to do with Jimmy Vesey getting hit in the face by a puck yesterday during practice.
The player feeling under the weather was not named. When asked on the recall during the media availability, head coach Peter Laviolette offered an explanation:
"Around the league in general, there's a lot of sickness going around. You see it through reports and so, just want to make sure we have enough players for the game. So the whole things precautionary."
We will update if any new information becomes available.
