Rangers Specialty Night Next Weekend: The Rangers take on the Ducks for Hispanic Heritage Night

The New York Rangers will take on the rebuilding Anaheim Ducks on October 26th, 2024.

The rebuilding Ducks squad will be coming into Madison Square Garden with a 2-1-1 record under Head Coach Greg Cronin.

The Ducks have a lineup full of potential stars, with Cutter Gauthier, Lukas Dostal, Leo Carlsson, and Olen Zellweger

The night will be a specialty night, as the Rangers celebrate Hispanic Heritage.

The night is part of Hispanic Heritage Month, which is celebrated by the NHL and NHLPA.

The NHL and NHLPA are proud to celebrate Hispanic Heritage every season.
Join us in celebrating and honoring the contributions of Hispanic and Latinx communities to our culture through special game nights in arenas across North America.

September 15
Hispanic Heritage Month is observed from September 15 to October 15 to celebrate the culture and contributions of over 60 million Americans whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America.

This observance starts on September 15 to recognize the Independence Day of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. Additionally, Mexico and Chile celebrate their independence days on September 16 and 18.

Depending upon the night, and the location you could be in for a special treat as the event will feature food and more to spice up the evening.

Some game nights will feature musical performances, festive food, cultural team events and special giveaways. Check with your local Club for specific event details.

The Festivities begin at 7 PM on October 26th.
