Rangers veteran fires back at Tkachuk following disrespectful comments
Rangers veteran Chris Kreider gets his payback on Matthew Tkachuk after recent comments were made after Game 4.
Matthew Tkachuk publicly called out Kreider by stating, when Chris tossed his mouthguard into the stands it was "the best play he made all game,» during game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals but Kreider fired back in the best way.
"I told him that was the best play he made all game"
Matthew Tkachuk on Chris Kreider throwing his mouth guard into the stands:
Kreider's response came on the ice with after picking off an attempted pass by Tkachuk and making an incredible play that lead him to getting a shorthanded, breakaway goal.
Completing an incredible deke with a backhand shot over Bobrovsky to get the Rangers the 1-0 lead during the second period.
However, despite the Rangers efforts they found themselves on the losing side after the Panthers netted an empty net goal make the final score 3-2.
