UPDATE: Brett Berard has been recalled from the Hartford Wolf Pack. Victor Mancini and Chad Ruhwedel have been assigned to the Hartford Wolf Pack.

Definitely shocking to see Victor Mancini being reassigned to the Hartford Wolf Pack as he was just recalled to the Rangers lineup before they faced the Oilers.

Fans and many alike are excited to see Brett Berard with the New York Rangers as he a has been on fire this season with the Wild Pack, and are excited to witness his NHL debut.

However, the other shocking roster transaction that was announced Monday morning was that the New York Rangers have recalled Matt Rempe.

UPDATE: Matt Rempe has been recalled from the Hartford Wolf Pack.

The fan favourite enforcer has officially returned to the Rangers, but it's likely that he won't play against the St. Louis Blues.

As this was a last minute call up, and the 22-year old hasn't made an appearance at the New York Rangers morning practice:

Rempe is not here for the morning skate. Filip Chytil is, but he's not wearing blue with the rest of the power play guys. That indicates he won't play tonight. #NYR
