Shesterkin Goes Far Away The Net To Stop A Breakaway!
Igor Shesterkin has guts if he was willing to get far away from the net to stop this breakaway!
What's bad about this though, it was a breakaway on a 5v3 power play for the Rangers, just to signify how inept the overall defense was for the team.
I guess Shesterkin was sick and tired of seeing all these breakaways, he needed to get the job done himself by going far away from the net to prevent another one from happening.
Rangers will next play Saturday, December 9th, against the Washington Capitals, at the Capital One Arena, in Washington.
