Vincent Trocheck Speaks On Facing Off Against His Former Team
The Rangers and Hurricanes know each other all too well after some epic battles in recent seasons and are bracing for a hard-fought, long series. Their upcoming second-round series, of which the start date has yet to be announced, will mark the third playoff meeting between the two teams in the last five years. One player who has a connection to both teams, is Vincent Trocheck. He played for the Hurricanes from 2019-2022, and was also in the Game 7 loss to the Rangers in 2022.
Trocheck speaks on facing off against the Hurricanes:
"Playing a former team isn't new to me"
Trocheck in the first round series against the Capitals was brilliant. Three goals and six points total, winning 71.2 percent of his face-offs.
Ryan Lindgren also speaks on the Rangers upcoming series against the Hurricanes and the familiarity between the two teams:
"Obviously we know them pretty well...should be a really good series"
It'll be an exciting series between the two titans for sure. Series schedule has yet to be announced.
