Wolf Pack Advance In Playoffs, But Lost Brennan Othmann To Injury
The Hartford Wolf Pack completed their First Round 3 game series victory over the Charlotte Checkers in a 3-1 win yesterday! They will be playing the Providence Bruins in a rematch of the Atlantic Division Semifinals from last season.
Unfortunately in the win yesterday, Brennan Othmann was injured on a penalized check late in the second period. He was hit from behind and into the boards.
Othmann skated on his own to the locker room but did not return in the third period. There is no update on his condition as of yet. We will update as more information becomes available.
The Wolf Pack will begin the second round May 1st.
