Elliotte Friedman confirms Jacob Trouba's fate with the New York Rangers: Trade incoming

NHL insider Elliotte Friedman has just confirmed Jacob Trouba will be traded within the next 24 hours after latest development.
Earlier this morning Larry Brooks of the New York Post revealed that Trouba won't be participating in the Rangers morning skate, and won't play in tonight's game due to Roster Management.

Followed by the report several others have indicated that this is happening because the Rangers are set to place Trouba on waivers or even trade him.

Per league source, Jacob Trouba will not be skating with the #NYR� for «roster management» purposes. Sounds like a ball is in the air, whether it be trade or possible waiving.

However, the time has hit 2:00PM and Insider Elliotte Friedman has revealed that Jacob Trouba has NOT been placed on waivers.

Which indicates that the New York Rangers and GM Chris Drury believes they can get a trade completed within the next 24 hours, as pointed out by Arthur Staple:
