It's showtime.

The Rangers will have their full defensive core tonight against the Detroit Red Wings as Adam Fox will be playing for the first time since November 2nd, in the 2-1 win over the Carolina Hurricanes!

He was hurt from that game in a knee-on-knee collision with Sebastian Aho and has been out ever since.

Now he is ready to roll. Before his injury, he had three goals and eight assists in 10 games, with nine power play points. In his absence, the Rangers had a 7-2-1 record.

Reporter Vince Z. Mercogliano, spoke to Fox for the first time since his injury. He said he feels "really good" while noting that was the most time he's missed at any level.

"The team winning & seeing a lot of guys doing well is obviously nice. It allows you to not feel like you have to rush to get back."

Fox has never missed 10 games in a row at any level in his hockey career, but now he's ready to roll. Head coach Peter Laviolette spoke to the media on any time on ice restrictions for Fox.

"I don't think you'll see him play 30 minutes tonight, but we're (not) going into it tonight with any restrictions. He's cleared. He's ready to go. He wants to get in there and I would say it'll be a normal game for him."

Great to hear he is full good to go! Let's now have arguably the best defenseman in the league join the top team in the league!
