Peter Laviolette Rushes To The Front Of The Bench After Bogus Penalty
The Rangers find themselves down 1-0 against the Colorado Avalanche.
The Rangers have been struggling to get goals behind the net.
But it didn't help early in the game, they were the victims of some bad calls, especially on this tripping call on Alexis Lafrenière that had Peter Laviolette rushing to the front of the bench.
Rangers power play gets negated 90 seconds in after Lafrenière gets called for tripping.
The jumbotron replay showed Miles Wood actually tripped on Josh Manson's stick. Thankfully the Rangers were able to kill the penalty.
The Rangers have 20 minutes left to tie the game.
