Rangers Have Named A New Assistant Coach For the Hartford Wolf Pack
Rangers have named Paul Mara assistant coach (defense) for the Hartford Wolf Pack.
Mara will continue to monitor and work with prospects but his primary responsibility will be to Hartford.
Steve Smith is currently the interim head coach for the Wolf Pack after the departure of Kris Knoblauch, who was hired as head coach for the Edmonton Oilers.
The Wolf Pack, 14-4-2 overall, are 7-1-1 since Smith took command.
